Makefile: Extend sanitize support

Enable compiling with multiple sanitizers at once.

Syntax:
make build ARCH=x86-64-avx512 debug=on sanitize="address undefined"

closes https://github.com/official-stockfish/Stockfish/pull/3524

No functional change.
