Wording of help output and comments.
Improved the output text that is diplayed when executing the 'help' command. Also, some comments were fixed along the way. closes https://github.com/official-stockfish/Stockfish/pull/4048 closes https://github.com/official-stockfish/Stockfish/pull/4044 No functional change
